CHURCH MINISTRIES
Our aim here at Layton Chapel Baptist Church is to reach men, women, boys and girls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is our desire to help men meet the challenge of being a Christian husband and father in today's society. Every woman desires close friends who will walk with her through life's joys and sorrows. Our aim is to equip the men and women of the church to be the leaders God has called them to be. Our ministries and the fellowship we offer will help you develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and with your church family.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
We have an active and growing Sunday School program here at Layton Chapel Baptist Church, and there is something suitable for everyone!
A list of all our Sunday School Classes may be found below. Please note that the ages listed for the Adult classes are suggestions only. You are not required to attend a particular class.
Babies I - Newborn to 5 months
Babies II - 6 months to 18 months
Toddlers - 19 months to 24 months
Preschool I - 2 years old
Preschool II - 3 years old
Beginners - ages 4-5
Primaries - 1st and 2nd grades
Juniors - 3rd and 4th grades
56ers - 5th and 6th grades
Junior High Teens - 7th grade through 8th grade

S.W.A.T. Mission Statement.
To reach People with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and proclaim His saving power so others may have the Joy and Peace we have in our hearts every day. It is also our desire to teach and edify the saints of God, so they may have a strong walk with the Lord and grow in His grace and knowledge, while ministering to others. All the while, we will give the glory and praise to God for ALL things. And no matter the circumstance, we will praise God for all things, because He is all God all the time.
NURSERY/PRESCHOOL
Mrs. Brenda Swagger is our Nursery and Preschool director and keeps things running smoothly. We offer exceptional childcare for infants and toddlers during all our services, so you can know that your child is in great hands while you worship God and learn from His Word.
CHILDREN'S CHURCH
All children ages 4 through 3rd grade are invited to attend Children's Church at Layton Chapel Baptist Church during the 11:00 worship service on Sunday mornings. Children's Church is an exciting way for our children to learn about Jesus' love for them and to prepare them for "big church". Mrs. Angela and Mrs. Sabrina and their teams of leaders do a great job of teaching the children. Parents are always welcome to sit in on a Children's Church service.
AWANA
Awana meets every Wednesday at 6:30. We have Puggles, Cubbies, Sparks and Truth in Training clubs which include children ages 3 through 6th grade. Awana programs are unique in that they bring churches and parents together to raise kids to know, love and serve Christ for life. Layton Chapel Baptist Church is committed to reaching unsaved youth and families with the Gospel. Awana provides a dynamic approach for children to learn God's Word.
